Housing Counselor

SERCAP is currently hiring a Housing Counselor to provide both one-on-one housing counseling and group education services to clients across the Commonwealth of Virginia. SERCAP is an approved HUD Local Housing Counseling Agency (LHCA) and serves approximately 500 - 600 clients per year through its Housing Counseling Program.
