This Department delivers multiple programs, including: Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation, Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) services, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects, Housing Counseling services, and SERCAP's ELI (Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative) Program.
