Technical Assistance Provider - Temporary Grant Specialist - Gainesville, FL
SERCAP's Regional Department is currently seeking a Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) - Temporary Grants Specialist to join its team in Florida. The TAP - Temporary Grant Specialist position will be primarily responsible for providing Technical Assistance (TA) to rural communities to identify and seek federal and/or state funds for water and wastewater infrastructure projects and/or community facility projects. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years experience writing/working with federal grants and working with municipalities. Rural Housing Specialist - Roanoke, VA
SERCAP is currently recruiting for a Rural Housing Specialist to join its Housing Department. SERCAP's Housing Department provides Housing Rehabilitation services to low-to-moderate income (LMI) homeowner in rural communities throughout Virginia through multiple programs, including: the Indoor Plumbing & Rehabilitation Flex (IPR-Flex) Program, Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Program, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects, and more.
