Deputy Director of Regional Programs - Roanoke, VA
SERCAP is currently seeking a qualified Deputy Director of Regional Programs to join its Regional Department in Roanoke, VA. Under the supervision of the Director of Regional Programs, the Deputy Director of Regional Programs will coordinate Regional Program activities in all seven of SERCAP's states, and will supervise the State Leads. SERCAP's Regional Department provides Training and Technical Assistance (TA) to rural communities throughout the agency's seven-state service region to improve water/wastewater infrastructure and support community water and wastewater systems. The ideal candidate will have 5-years experience in supervision and program development, knowledge of state and federal grant reporting requirements, strong communication skills, and more. SERCAP is currently recruiting for a Training & Workforce Development Manager to join its Housing & Community Development Team in Roanoke, VA. The Training & Workforce Development Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of two key programs, including: SERCAP's ELI Entrepreneurial Mindset Training Program, and the Water/Wastewater Operator Training Program. Lead Hazard Reduction Coordinator - Roanoke, VA
SERCAP is currently hiring for a Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Coordinator to join its Housing Department in Roanoke, VA. The LHR Coordinator will support SERCAP's Housing Team by providing administrative and client service support for the LHR Program by serving as the in-take specialist and main client point of contact for the program. The LHR Program provides lead testing and abatement of lead hazards in households in Virginia where at-risk children or pregnant household members reside.
