SERCAP's Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Program

SERCAP’s Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Program provides eligible households with technical and financial assistance to reduce lead paint hazards in their homes. SERCAP’s skilled Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Team provides Technical Assistance (TA) and coordinates projects between the funder, clients, and contractors. Funding for the LHR Program is generously provided by the Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD).
