Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects

SERCAP’s Housing Team is available to provide both Grant Management and Housing Rehabilitation Services to Towns and Counties across the Commonwealth of Virginia for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects.

SERCAP has extensive experience in providing services to both CDBG Planning Grants and CDBG CIG (Community Improvement Grants) Projects for localities. SERCAP’s Housing Team is accustomed to working closely with local Planning District Commissions (PDCs), and has built a great relationship with the CDBG and IPR staff at the Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD).

This service is currently only available in Virginia.
