Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects

SERCAP provides grant management and housing rehabilitation services to Virginia towns and counties through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

Our Housing Team supports both Planning Grants and Community Improvement Grants, working closely with local Planning District Commissions and the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development to help communities plan and complete housing projects.

This service is currently only available in Virginia.
