SERCAP's Annual Fund provides resources (training, technical, and financial) which assist both rural communities and low-to-moderate income (LMI) individuals with water/wastewater infrastructure projects, community and economic development projects, and other critical services as determined by the community's and/or individual's need. These resources:
- contribute to improved environmental health for both communities and individuals,
- increase community and individual economic self-sufficiency through increased income potential, and
- provide support to economically-challenged communities through self-help projects.
Your donation to SERCAP's Annual Fund will help bring the most basic of resources: reliable access to clean, safe drinking water and environmentally sound wastewater facilities to individuals and communities throughout the Southeastern United States!
