SERCAP’s Housing Counseling Program
SERCAP’s HUD Certified Housing Counselors work with clients one-on-one to deliver a wide variety of counseling services to low-to-moderate income renters, home-buyers, and homeowners. The primary objective of SERCAP’s Housing Counseling program is to educate individuals, families, and households in order to guide them towards making educated financing and housing decisions. Our Housing Counselors utilize tools, resources, and knowledge to assist households in seeking to purchase a home, maintain their current home, or improve their financial circumstances. All of SERCAP’s Housing Counseling services are offered at no cost, regardless of income or household size.
